இயற்கையான நட்பு மாறாது
இயற்கையின் கொடையாய் மழை
எப்பொழுதோ புயலாக பொழிந்தாலும்
இனிமையாய் மனதில் மகிழும்
எங்கெங்கும் பசுமை சிரிக்கும்
செயற்கையாய் மழையே வந்தால்
சிலருக்கு மட்டுமே தெரியுமாம்
செழுமை மறந்து வருத்தமாய்
சினமாய் பசுமை மறையுமாம்
பயிற்சியால் மகிழ்ச்சியை நாளும்
பகிர்ந்திடும் முயற்சியை யாரும்
பணத்தினால் உணர்த்திட முடியாது
பாசமும் அதனால் வளராது
முன்னாள் பள்ளி நிழ்வுகள்
முதுமையிலும் தொடரும் வளரும்
பள்ளியில் படித்த நினைவும்
பசுமையாய் மனதில் உலவும்
